These was a significant (p<0.0001) inhibition of the activation of Ras at each time point when evaluated by analysis of variance (ANOVA). Ras-GPT (i.e. active Ras) is at 21 kD. The relative intensity in this bar graph is a comparison of Western blots against the positive control (untreated Ras-GPT) with one typical Western blot illustrated.
