All data are Mean ± SD of eight animals of each group. The thiol level was expressed in the plasma (μmole/min/ml) whereas in the tissues (μmole/gm tissue). Newman keuls test was performed for statistical significance between control group vs Cd exposed group and Cd exposed group vs ceftriaxone plus sulbactam with VRP1034 treated group. Where ***p<0.001 (highly significant) **p<0.01(significant); *p<0.05 (significant) Nsp>0.05 (non significant).
