Model I is each variable adjusted for nulliparity (yes=1), Polynesian ethnicity (1= yes), and personal or family history of preeclampsia (1=yes). Model II is each variable adjusted for the variables in Model I as well as HbA1c at enrolment. Model III is each variable adjusted for the variables in Model I as well as BMI in early pregnancy.
