Fry onion, ground pepper and tomatoes together for 5 minutes |
| 2 bundles of aleefu leaves |
Add smoked and salted fish |
| 1/4 pint oil (palm/vegetable) |
Leave to simmer for 3 minutes |
| 1/4 lb melon seeds (agushie) |
Add ground melon seeds and continue simmering |
| 2 medium size onions |
Add aleefu leaves and leave to simmer for 10 minutes |
| 4 small size tomatoes |
Serve with yam, plantain and rice |
| A piece of salted fish |
