Figure 1: Viability of L. plantarum and L. rhamnosus in seabuckthorn juice
containing different ingredients such as whey protein concentrate (WPC), soy
protein isolate (SPI) and skim milk (SM). The data presented in this figure are means of triplicate experiments ± standard deviation. The variation of cell viability is found to be significantly different at the level of p≤0.001 between seabuckthorn juices containing different ingredients and between different time intervals (week) based on one-way ANOVA. |
