Of the 205 Homicidal deaths studied, stab wounds were present in only 73 (35.6%)
cases, of which higher incidence of defence wound was seen in 75% of cases with
≥10 stab wound (27/36). Overall 60.29% (44/73) cases show defence wound in
deaths due to stab injury. |
