The color of nodes represents an increase (red) and decrease (green) pattern of BBs compared to the control (a blue node indicates both increase and decrease). Node size of each BB or BB/ADR is proportional to its meta-score. (B) The biological modules based on the Gene Ontology Biological Process (GOBP), which included BBs and ADRs, were searched by Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA). GOBPs were categorized into manual modules based on their title, and then filtered by Fisher’s exact p-value (p<0.05). After ten thousands of random samplings, empirical p-values (the ratio of the number of outcomes in which randomly selected proteins are enriched to specific manual modules more than analyzed proteins) were evaluated. |
