Figure 1: Fluorescence analysis of SNAP-NAPPA a) Proteins were synthesized by two different IVTT systems, 1-Step Human Coupled IVT (HCIVT) and E. coli IVTT. Slide images were obtained with Power Scanner and the signal intensity was quantified using the Array-ProAnalyzer 6.3.
