aTm and ΔHm were measured by DSC; bTdec (temperature of decomposition) was measured by TGA/DSC and refer to the exothermal peak in DSC; ccommercial PLLA 2000 Da parameters were measured similar to the made proteinoids. Each experiment was performed 3 times, with an error of 1-1.5%.
