Figure 2: Time kill curves for PA-13572. P. aeruginosa exposed to 5000, 2500 and 1250 mg/L of free NAC as well as 2500 and 1250 of liposomal NAC for time periods of 2, 4, 6 and 24h. After each time period samples were diluted and then cultured on Petri dishes, these dishes were incubated at 37°Cfor 18 h, CFU were counted. The results represented the mean ± S.E.M of three independent experiments in triplicates.
