Figure 1: SDS-PAGE analysis of secreted proteins prepared with ammonium sulfate precipitation. Protein standards were marked beside the gel (Molecular masses in kDa). Sample volumes were 10µl. The gel was treated by sliver staining. Lane 1 corresponded to the proteins came from the concentration of ammonium sulfate under 20%. Lane 2 corresponded to the proteins came from the concentration of ammonium sulfate between 20-40%. Lane 3 corresponded to the proteins came from the concentration of ammonium sulfate between 40-60%. Lane 4 corresponded to the proteins came from the concentration of ammonium sulfate between 60-80%.
