Figure 2: Heat map of differentially expressed genes in TBM co-infected with HIV. Differentially expressed genes with a p value <0.005 and a fold change =2 were used as a cut-off for hierarchical clustering. Euclidean as distance metric with centroid linkage is the parameter used for constructing a heat map. In Figure 2, heat map was represented an overview of differentially expressed genes for TBM co-infected with HIV cases with respect to control.
