The deduced protein sequences were searched from Gene bank same as in Figure 3 and the phylogenetic tree was constructed with the neighbor-joining method in MEGA version 3.0 based on Poisson-corrected pairwise distances between protein sequences. Note S. chuatsi, Epinophelus coioides, Sparus aurata and Taklfugu rubripos are in the same branch.
