(A) Monodimensional protein patterns were detected by Coomassie Blue staining of the secretome (A: lane 1; non-treated, 2; lipid A-treated) and the proteome (A: lane 3). Western blot analysis showed no ß-actin expression in the conditioned medium (A: lane 4; non-treated, 5; lipid A-treated) and ß-actin expression in the cell lysate (A: lane 6).
