Microarray analysis using protein Ab arrays (Clontech-500) with pooled serum samples from kidney transplantation patients and controls was performed, as described in Material & Methods. Candidate SF-markers were identified in SF vs. Rest comparison (4-classes: NK, SF, AR, and CGI) using Comparative Marker Selection (Gene Pattern). Final selection was made using rank, score, feature P, and fold change.
