Intensity and distribution of staining for CD109 was evaluated in sections of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC, n=18) and normal pancreas (n=11) tissue samples (see Methods). The composite IHC score determined for each sample is depicted along with the median score and interquartile range for each group (horizontal bars).
