Figure 2: Interferon activity in splenocytes cultured with NDV and PHA inducers following administration of Del-Immune V or Bifidim. IFN titers were calculated by using data from 3 repeated experiments from splenocytes (1×107 cell/ml), which were treated with NDV-10 TCD50/cell or PHA-20 μg/ml. Levels of cytokine production (IFN-α and IFN-γ) were determined 24, and 48 hours after incubation of the cell with the formulations by cytopathic effect inhibition microtiter assays.
