* (A) Pain was recorded on a Visual Analog Scale from 0 (no pain)-10 (severe pain) for six sites (neck, low back, R and L knee, R and L ankle) with a decreased mean score representing improvement. ** (B-E) were reported as a Percentage of the maximum score on standardized questionnaires: B) Freezing of Gait Questionnaire (FOG-Q); (C)The 14-Item Resilience Scale (RS-14); D) Fatigue Questionnaire; (E) Parkinson’s Disease Sleep Scale. A decrease in the mean % scores on Fatigue and Freezing represented improvement. An increase in the % scores on Resilience and Sleep represented improvement. Self rated resilience was self reported with moderate improvement and there were minimal effects on the other signs and symptoms.
