Figure 1: Non-viral reprogramming genes converted adult mice fibroblasts into iPSCs. The fibroblast cells of 2-month-old adult mice were pre-programmed in Figure 1a. During Days 17-20, the vector 20866 mOrange marker of iPSCs were detected (Figure 1b and 1c). Identifications of iPSCs were further confirmed by stem cell markers–GF141 (Figure 1d), and SSEA-1 (Figure 1e). The non-programmed fibroblast cells were fed in parallel in the same conditions (Figure 1f).
