Neuroimaging is a relatively new science which uses various techniques to either directly or indirectly or indirectly image the structure, function or pharmacology of Nervous System. Various brain imaging techniques are Computed axial tomography, Diffuse optical imaging, Event-related optical signal, Magnetic resonance imaging etc. Neuroimaging is used to diagonize and to evaluate the treatment outcomes of various neurological, psychiatric and CNS disorders.
