Figure 1: A) Transmission electron microscope experiment represented the size and polydispersity of nanoparticles; where the nanoparticle Cs: ChS ratio 1:24 loaded with PMM drug and conjugated with Hb was characterized having radius around 200 nm. B) Drug entrapment assay was performed by measuring the fluorescence at 315 nm for the residual Fmoc-PMM in the supernatant in presence of Cs-Chs Np for 1 hr. C) Drug release assay was performed in 10:10:80 Methanol:DMSO:Water as solvent for NPs with 250 μg/ml loaded drug concentrations; the release of PMM was recorded for 16 hrs. At 16 hrs ~ 98% drug was released.
