Figure 2: 2-D proteomic map of transgenic soybean. Proteins (200 μg) were separated in gradients of pH 4–7 for the first dimension, and resolved in the second dimension using 12.5% SDS-PAGE. The resulting gels were stained with Colloidal Coomassie Blue G-250. Numbered protein spots were excised and identified by MALDI/TOF/TOF. Differentially expressed proteins spots were numbered in the gel and protein information were listed in (Table 1).
