Transcriptional (mRNA) and translational (RPF) responses under LPS and LPS + DEX conditions were compared focusing on the inflammatory response genes. Tnf expression changes at mRNA and RPF levels were further focused by a dot plot. Each black dot represents a biological replicate in mRNA-Seq or Ribo-Seq.
