Four overlapping peptides and two 15-mer peptides obtained from Streptococcal protein, Hyaluronate lyase protein represent six (4 and 2) different human sperm proteins. The first overlapping peptide with amino acid length spanning between 239 – 258represents six 15-mer peptides homologous with human sperm protein namely Spermatogenesis associated protein 17 (SPATA17); the second overlapping peptide with amino acid length spanning between 414 - 434 represents seven 15-mer peptides homologous with human Sperm - tail PG - rich repeat - containing protein 2; the third overlapping peptide with amino acid length spanning between 436 - 451 represents two 15-mer peptides homologous with human Testis - specific poly(A) binding protein (TPABP); and the fourth overlapping peptide with amino acid length spanning between 501 - 516 represents two 15-mer peptides homologous with human Testis - expressed sequence 15 (TEX15). The two 15-mer peptides showing homology with human Testis - specific poly(A) polymerase protein (TPAP) and Round spermatid basic protein 1 (Rosbin1) span between 401 - 414 and 550 - 604 amino acid length, respectively. The amino acid sequences obtained from the six Hyaluronate lyase protein showing resemblance with the human sperm proteins are YFRKTLVNPF,EERNL, FYNVFNN, VATKPL, NSDQSHYS and SKTFVTQHT. All the six peptides (overlapping and 15-mer) bind to HLA - DRB alleles with high binding affinity
