SCC-11 cells and SCC-11M cells were exposed to control medium or 10μg/ml cisplatin for 16hours. MicroRNA shown to be up and downregulated in SCC-11M cells compared to SCC-11 cells upon cisplatin exposure were tabulated according to the fold change. ID represents the location of the probe on the microRNA chip [22]. Data were expressed as means ± SD from three independent experiments. Differences in variables between experimental and control groups were assessed by using the Student t test (p < 0.05).
