Ferulic acid at different concentrations of 5, 500, 3000 ng/ml in rat plasma were prepared and then injected into UPLC-MS/MS. Mean of the each concentration (ng/mL) of ferulic acid in rat plasma, RSD (%) and RE (%) was calculated, n = 3. a Recovery (%)= 100 X (amount found-original amount)/ amount spiked. The data was presented as average of three independent determinations. b The intra-day analysis refers to the sample examined for six replicates within one day. c The inter-day analysis refers to the sample examined in duplicates over three. |
