Results are Mean ± SEM of 6 rats in each group. One-way ANOVA followed by Tuckey’s test for multiple comparisons was applied for comparing the Parameters with NC and DC groups. The difference was considered to be significant when *** P<0.0001, ** P<0.001, * P<0.05 when compared to Normal control group and aP<0.0001, bP<0.001, cP<0.05 when compared to Diabetic control group
