• Identification and treatment of contributing factor |
• Avoid foods like onions, garlic and spices |
• Avoid habits that may worsen breath odor such as alcohol and tobacco |
• Brush your teeth regularly and after meals and keep oral hygiene regular

• Rinse at least twice daily with chlorhexidine, triclosan, essential oils or
other mouthwashes |
