Figure 5: Effects of anti-Ly6G MAb on UVA-induced photoaging and the expression of gp91phox. Throughout the experimental period, anti-Ly6G MAbs were injected intraperitoneally into the C57BL/6j mice. Six hours after the final UVA irradiation of the dorsal skin, the mice were sacrificed, and skin specimens were frozen, cut into thin sections and stained with hematoxylin and eosin in addition to being stained using routine histological methods. The data show one typical experiment from 10 animals (Scale bar=100 μm).
