(A) Western blotting showed that the expression of total HCN2 in CA1 was increased after 2VO operation, and fluoxetine cannot reverse the 2VOinduced increase of total HCN2 expression. (B) The HCN2 surface expression in CA1 was increased in 2VO rats, while treatment with fluoxetine reversed the 2VO-induced increase of HCN2 surface expression. Intracellular HCN2 protein expression was incresed after fluoxetine treatment in 2VO rats.
