Figure 6: Mild conjunctival edema resulting from the surgical removal of the nodule in the right eye was noticed 10 days postoperatively (Figure 6a). Partial resolution of the conjunctival nodule in the left eye was observed after treatment with 1% prednisolone acetate for 10 days (Figure 6b).
