Chromatogram of crude Sample I prepared from methanolic extract of P. betle L. leaf, on analytical RP-HPLC in isocratic mode using acetonitrile and water (1:1) as mobile phase and C18 column as stationary phase, at a flow rate of 0.5 ml/min. Four peaks were identified at 254 nm and their retention times were 13.82, 14.36, 15.28 and 17.66 min respectively. |
