Inclusion Exclusion Prostate volume ≤ 60 cm3 Any hormonal manipulation prior to study Age ≥ 40 years Any previous or planned external beam radiation,  previous or concurrent cancers, distant metastases or lymph node involvement Clinical Stage T1c-T2b Gleason ≤ 7 PSA ≤ 20 ng/ml Any high risk prostate cancer including Gleason ≥ 8, PSA ≥ 20, Stage ≥ T3 IPS score ≤ 25 Prior TURP, hip prosthesis, psychiatric illness
