2A: Selective renovasography confirmed a clusterlike cirsoid vascular formation in the inferiorcalyx of the left kidney with multiple arteriovenous communications (red arrowheads) and rapid filling of renal vein.
2B: Selective emblization was carried out with metallic coils (black arrows), then renovasography was performed again and showed additional small arteriovenous malformations in the lower segment of the left kidney (the white circle).
2C: The final renovasography showed absence of the AVF, with about one third (the red circle) of the supplying branches of the kidney were sacrificed.
