Phenol (5.0 mM, 100.0 mL) and α-Naphthol (0.5 mM, 100.0 mL) was treated by s-PGP and I-PGP (50 U) independently in the presence of H2O2 (0.8 mM) and 0.15 mg/mL (PEG 10000) at temperatures of 30, 40 and 50ºC for varying time intervals.
