Figure 4: Functional properties of Treg cells in three representative patients at 4^th vaccination. For analysis of inhibitory capacity of Treg cells, CD4⁺CD25^highCD127^- T cells or CD4⁺CD25^-CD127⁺ T cells (control cells) were added to anti-CD3 stimulated autologous PBMCs in a ratio of 1:1, 1:2 and 1:4 (Tregs:responder cells). The cultures were incubated for 6 days and the percentage of CD4 and CD8 T cell proliferation was analysed. (A) % inhibition of CD4 and CD8 T cell proliferation in patient 120.
