(A) Serum samples were taken from 114 healthy human volunteers and Hsp70 levels were determined comparatively with the lipHsp70 and the control Hsp70 ELISA (ctrl ELISA). The lipHsp70 ELISA detected significantly higher Hsp70 concentrations (6.4 ± 2.7 ng/ml) in the serum than the ctrl ELISA(2.8 ± 1.3 ng/ml).
