Expression of iNOS was found to increase following LPS and IFNγ+LPS treatments, respectively. Treatment with IL-4 reduced iNOS expression. B. Arg1 expression was found to decrease following LPS treatment, while treatment with IFNγ+LPS and IL-4 produced increased it, with IL-4-treated cells having higher expression than IFNγ+LPS-treated BMAs.
