Figure 4: Silencing Nrf2 RNA abrogates the enhanced response to oxidative stress seen in IFN-γ treated cells. NR8383 cells were polarized with either IFN-γ for 48 hours. The cells were then transfected with either silencing RNA to Nrf2 (si-Nrf2) or with a control (scrambled) silencing RNA (si-Ctrl).
