Figure 4: Inhibition of GSK3β induces c-MET activation and decreases E-Cadherin expression. AsPC-1 (A) and Panc-1 (B) cells transiently transfected with non-specific (ns) or GSK3β siRNA were collected at different time points following transfection and analyzed by immunoblotting.
