Groups of 6-8 week old female Balb/c mice were immunized by the indicated vaccines
at weeks 0, 3 and 6. DNA vaccines (Gn, Gn-C3d, DNA control) were administered
via gene gun (GG) route. Replicon vaccines (Rep-Gn, Rep control)
were administered via foot pad (FP) route. MP12 vaccine was administered via
intraperitoneal (IP) route. A group of naïve mice served as unvaccinated controls. |
