Figure 3:Colocalization and correlation of TSGA10 and ODF2 expression in MDCK mammalian cell line. A) MDCK cells were fixed on glass slides and stained with rabbit anti-TSGA10 (left panel) and goat anti-ODF2 antisera (middle panel). The TSGA10 antiserum was affinity purified against the C-terminal peptide aa# 676-689, followed by incubation with anti-rabbit and anti-goat FITC-couple d secondary antibodies. Controls were blocked with the relevant peptide and showed no signal (not shown). In the right panel, the nuclei are stained with DAPI. B) The expression levels of both genes have been detected using Real-time PCR in 28 and 35 days after birth. The results showed a correlation in mice mature testis.
