Lanes 6 and 8 show the expression levels of METCAM/MUC18 in two typical high expression clones (LNCaP#25 and C4-2B3#31) derived from LNCaP and C4-2B cell lines, respectively. Lanes 5 and 7 show no expression of METCAM/MUC18 in the vector-transfected LNCaP and C4-2B3 clones. Lanes 1-4 show variable expression level of METCAM/MUC18 in SK-Mel-28, DU145, PC-3, and LNCaP cell lines.
