| Note: The mRNA expressions were shown for the neurotrophic factors BDNF,
GDNF, FGF2 and IGF1 by TaqMan-specific-probes real-time PCR. Combined
groups were cDNAs plus vector 20866 reprogramming genes (a, red lines;
duplicates); Controls were vector 20866 reprogramming genes alone (b, green
lines; duplicates). Data represented one of three experimental replications for
Ct (35 threshold cycles) plots for A (BDNF), B (GDNF), E (FGF) and F (IGF),
respectively. Three experimental replications for C (BDNF), D (GDNF), G (FGF),
and H (IGF) show the Mean ± Standard error of mean (SEM), respectively.
The non-viral reprogramming genes themselves directly up-regulated gene
expressions of BDNF, correspondingly. Relative fluorescence unit (RFU) is a unit
