Means and standard deviations for the cohort (μPop and sdPop) accounting for the daily variation (representing population variance only) were calculated from μ and sd-values obtained of the cohort (representing population plus daily variance) and the sd-value of the longitudinal study cohort (sdTS, representing daily variance only) as described in Materials and Methods.
