Ingredients Instructions for preparation/Action
1/2 lb smoked salmon Fry onion, ground pepper and tomatoes together for 5 minutes
2 bundles of aleefu leaves Add smoked and salted fish
1/4 pint oil (palm/vegetable) Leave to simmer for 3 minutes
1/4 lb melon seeds (agushie) Add ground melon seeds and continue simmering
2 medium size onions Add aleefu leaves and leave to simmer for 10 minutes
4 small size tomatoes Serve with yam, plantain and rice
A piece of salted fish  
Seasoning/pepper to taste
