(A) Annexin-V-based flow cytometry analysis did not reveal a significant increase in apoptosis after Ch-SeNPs exposure. Se IV, in contrast, induce a significant increase of apoptotic cells. (B) Measurement of the DNA content by flow cytometry of Ch-SeNPs-exposed cells showed that the number of cells in G0/G1 decrease to the same point that the populations in S-G2/M increase (C1) as compared to control cells (C2).
