Figure 6 : Tumor volume increase after administration of fenretinide. SK-SAN neuroblastoma cell lines were established as xenografts in athymic nude mice. When the tumors reached a mean volume of 150 mm3 the animals were gavaged with HPR-NC3 (E/D=3) at doses of 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg, 3 days /week for a total of 3 weeks. As a comparison the mice were also gavaged with 200 mg/kg fenretinide by using the content of the NCI capsules (HPR).
