There is an increase in clonogenic potential after 24 h (1.26 fold), after 48 h (1.05 fold) and after 96 h (1.75 fold), with fisetin treatment. With MCN+fisetin, there is an increase in clonogenic potential after 24 h (1.45 fold) and after 72 h (1.65 fold).
