There is an increase in clonogenic potential after 24 h (1.20 fold), 48 h (1.03 fold), and 96 h (1.53 fold), with fisetin treatment. With MCN+fisetin, the clonogenic potential increased by 1.33 fold after 24 h, 1.61 fold after 72 h and 1.88 fold after 96 h.
